Bonner Kunstverein has announced Israel Aten and Katharina Monka as the recipients of the 2016 Peter Mertes Stipendium, an annual award supporting artists based in the German Rhineland. Both artists will receive a 6,000€-cash prize and a solo exhibition at Bonner Kunstverein the following year.
