Lee Ufan has confirmed that a number of paintings believed to have been forged by a Korean gallerist are indeed real, reports Korea JoongAng Daily. Although the gallerist known only by his surname Hyeong, admitted to forging the works, Ufan stated that he recognised the works as his own after a four hour inspection. Although there are concerns over police coercion, Seoul police have said they will continue their investigation.
