Standing tall in the heart of Central, H Queen’s – Hong Kong’s vertical, purpose-built gallery building for art and culture – unfolds a compelling multi-floor artistic programme throughout Hong Kong Art Month.
For this edition, H Queen’s invited Meta Media art media publisher Cao Dan and collector Maggie Kwei to guide visitors through the building’s vertical ecosystem. With sharp insight and personal reflection, they share their ways of looking at and moving through art, inviting fellow enthusiasts to navigate the stacked floors and discover the layered dialogues of contemporary practice in this stratified space.
🔻David Zwirner (5/F & 6/F) Dates: 24 March – 9 May 2026
David Zwirner presents Pearl Lines, a solo exhibition by New York-based artist Walter Price. This is Price’s first solo exhibition in Asia and his second solo show with the gallery since joining David Zwirner in 2024. Price is known for his rich and vibrant painting style. Breaking free from the rigid constraints of figuration or abstraction, his pieces freely experiment with colour, line and space. Through striking shifts in perspective, they construct visual scenes and imagery, leaving ample room for viewers to form their own interpretations of the work.
🔻Knotting Space (7/F) Dates: 23 March – 18 April 2026
Knotting Space unveils the first chapter of its four exhibition cycles in 2026, curated by Jims Lam. For its inaugural cycle, Knot I: The Drawing Room and HUA International present Soft Reality, Hard Dreams, featuring new works by five artists: Vivian Caccuri (Brazil), Chen Jinbin (China), Mark Justiniani (Philippines), Matina Partosa (Philippines), and Shi Yi (China).
🔻New Art Est-Ouest Auctions (9/F) Preview: 23–28 March 2026 Auction: 29 March 2026
New Art Est-Ouest Auctions brings together 335 masterpieces of Eastern ink painting, alongside modern and contemporary artworks, in its first auction of 2026. Highlight works include Shiraga Kazuo’s Auspicious Transformation (1986) and Lin Fengmian’s Opera Figures. This auction carefully presents art treasures to global collectors and art lovers, inviting everyone to an aesthetic feast that bridges East and West.
🔻Tang Contemporary Art (10/F) Dates: 24 March – 10 May 2026
Tang Contemporary Art presents a solo exhibition titled Crabs by renowned Chinese artist Yue Minjun. The exhibition traces the artist’s creative trajectory over the past 30 years, showcasing his iconic ‘laughing face’ series while revealing new works that showcase his unique visual language. Structured around themes such as ‘handling’ and ‘the crowd’, ‘flowers’ and ‘Picasso’, the exhibition reflects the artist’s crab-like horizontal movement in artistic practice – switching between different media while repeatedly returning to specific motifs.

Pavilion presents an alternative art fair inspired by collaboration and slow growth. The exhibition brings together artworks from international and local galleries in a free-flowing format, accompanied by a series of exciting performances and talks programme.
