Watch: Grace Ndiritu at Zurich Art Weekend

Louise Benson sat down for a conversation with British-Kenyan (Maasai Kikuyu) artist Grace Ndiritu, whose multidisciplinary practice encompasses film, painting, textiles, performance and social engagement. In her ongoing work Healing the Museum (2012–present), she introduces nonrational healing methodologies such as shamanism to reactivate the ‘sacredness’ of art spaces. The talk began with a short introductory meditation session led by the artist.
