
The Whitney Museum has today announced the 56 artists participating in the 2026 Whitney Biennial. The 82nd edition will be curated by Marcela Guerrero and Drew Sawyer.
A member of the Whitney since 2017, Guerrero is currently the DeMartini Family Curator and was the museum’s first curator to specialise in Latinx art. Sawyer is the Sondra Gilman Curator of Photography at the Whitney museum.
The 82nd edition of the Whitney Biennial will open on 8 March 2026
